Mr. Paul has over 30 years of experience in environmental litigation, primarily focusing on asbestos cases. He serves as both national and local counsel for several manufacturers and suppliers. Over the course of his career, he has tried hundreds of cases in state and federal courts across Pennsylvania.
After graduating from Villanova University's School of Law, where he was the Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review (1969–1971), he was admitted to the bar in 1971.
Mr. Paul is an active member of the Delaware County Bar Association, where he served as President in 1987, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where he was a member of the House of Delegates.
