Anne Kai Seelaus focuses much of her practice on the defense of corporations in mass toxic tort cases, with an emphasis on claims involving allegations of asbestos contamination. A law review editor of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, she has successfully represented numerous companies from Fortune 500 companies to family-owned businesses. She offers extensive trial experience to businesses and business owners and has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict.
