Attorney Kevin L. Jones’ practice focuses on estate planning and administration. Kevin provides personalized estate planning services and documents, including wills, a wide variety of trusts, tax savings strategies, general powers of attorney, advanced health care documents and living wills. After reviewing his client’s family and financial dynamics and goals, Kevin focuses on crafting individualized estate plans to meet each client’s unique and personal desires, which may include planning for incapacity, avoiding and/or reducing the costs of probate, providing for minor children and grandchildren, tax planning, charitable bequests, planned giving, business succession planning, lifetime giving programs and avoiding unnecessary delays in estate administration.
When a loved one passes away, Kevin counsels his clients in the probate and estate administration process and prepares all documents necessary and required under Pennsylvania and federal law from the initial filing of the probate petition all the way until the final assets are distributed to the heirs.
Kevin has more than 20 years of experience counseling individuals and businesses in a wide array of legal areas, including tax, contract, franchise, business and corporate law, and litigation management. Kevin has deep experience in formulating and implementing business and legal strategies, both sophisticated and basic, for individuals, entrepreneurs, start-ups, franchises, small businesses, and Fortune 500 corporations.
Kevin earned a Certified Estate Planner designation from the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners.
